歡迎您使用本網站開發之應用及遊戲底下簡稱[本服務]，底下附有同意聲明及解說，並且講解已經使用中如果不同意程式中該如何取消：

一、同意聲明

1. 資料保存與商品使用

我的寵物之桌寵 (DPet) 及超變遊戲助手不提供雲端儲存服務。一旦移除或清除本應用，相關資料將無法保留。所有虛擬商品皆屬一次性商品；常駐型虛擬商品的使用期限，僅限於手機裝置可正常使用或應用程式被移除前。

2. 伺服器服務與個資保護

伺服器僅用於提供必要功能（如抽獎、活動、任務），絕不會提供、儲存、交換、出租或出售任何您的個人資料給第三方。

3. 抽獎機制

抽獎為隨機機率，每次抽獎的中獎機率相同，不會因次數增加而提高。請理性參與，避免過度消費。

4. 年齡限制與消費提醒

遊戲內含免費遊玩內容。未滿十八歲之玩家僅可遊玩免費內容，若需購買虛擬商品，必須經由家長同意，請勿自行購買。已滿十八歲的玩家也請避免過度消費。所有虛擬商品皆有有效期限，並非永久保存。

5. 任務與權限使用

遊戲中「陪伴寵物散步」任務需使用感測器權限，以偵測背景行走步數，達成條件後方能完成任務。因此，體能偵測、前/背景服務與通知相關權限屬必要條件。

6. 伺服器資料使用

遊戲部分內容需透過伺服器取得活動、抽獎與任務等資料，伺服器不會紀錄或轉發任何個人資訊。

7.修改器與資料異常

請勿使用任何修改器或其他方式竄改遊戲內容。若因修改導致遊戲資料異常，造成付費商品遺失，恕無法補償。 

1. Data Storage & Virtual Items

My Pet: Desktop Pet (DPet) does not provide cloud storage. Once the app is removed or cleared, all related data will be lost. All virtual items are one-time purchases; permanent items are valid only for the lifespan of the device or until the app is removed.

2. Server Services & Data Protection

The server is used only for essential features (such as lottery, events, and missions). Your personal data will never be provided, stored, exchanged, rented, or sold to any third party.

3. Lottery System

The lottery is based on natural probability. Each draw has the same chance of winning, and the odds do not increase with repeated attempts. Please participate responsibly and avoid overspending.

4. Age Restrictions & Spending Notice

The game provides free content. Players under 18 may enjoy the free content, but purchases of virtual items require parental consent—do not make purchases independently. Players 18 and older are also advised to avoid overspending. All items have an expiration period and are not stored permanently.

5. Missions & Permission Usage

The "Pet Walk" mission requires sensor permissions to track walking steps in the background. The mission can only be completed once the required conditions are met. Therefore, fitness tracking, background/foreground services, and notification permissions are essential.

6. Server Data Usage

Some in-game content requires retrieving event, lottery, and mission data from the server. No personal information will be recorded or transmitted.

7.Modification & Data Abnormalities

Do not use any modifiers or external tools to alter the game content. If data abnormalities occur due to modifications, resulting in the loss of purchased items, no compensation will be provided. 

二、如何開啟或取消

如何開啟及取消必要權限：

　　本服務提供之服務，會在任意階段透過玩家或用戶需要開啟必要之權限功能時，顯示對話框玩家及用戶只需要授權同意及可繼續使用，如果不同意則無法繼續使用，因為本服務必須要透過玩家允取必要的權限才可以完成本服務的內容服務。

　　如果你已開啟權限，想關閉本服務開啟之服務權限，可透過應用程式資訊關閉，在聲明及揭露下方有選項可以點擊轉連到應用程式資訊頁面，請足一關閉權限即可，或者直接刪除或清除應用程式即可，但這裡必須要提醒您，一但刪除或清除應用，本服務將不於保留內容無法恢復。

如何開啟或取消同意聲明：

　　玩家及用戶在第一次開啟時會跳出一個訊息，您必須要閱讀清楚並且同意後才能繼續使用，當您不同意時會直接退出，如果當您同意後才取消，會強制關閉本服務，並且下一次開啟本服務時會再次詢問您。

　　如果您需要取消同意聲明，可以在設定及其它內的關於頁面會有個聲明開關可以取消，一但關閉則立刻結束應用。

可以透過底下方式進行關閉，關閉權限後，因主要功能被關閉本服務將無法繼續進行。
